1. Replacement Policy (No Refunds)

We offer a 3-day replacement guarantee for electronic items. If you receive a faulty product, we will replace it, but we do not provide refunds.

2. Faulty Product Reporting Process

To report a faulty product, follow these steps:

  1. Make an unboxing video while opening your parcel.
  2. If the product is not working, record a clear video showing the issue.
  3. Send the videos to our official WhatsApp number: +923122000017 (Available 9 AM – 5 PM, Sunday Off).
  4. Our technical team will review your complaint and guide you through the troubleshooting process.

3. Return & Shipping Policy

  • If the fault is verified, you must send the product back to us for a replacement.
  • Customers will bear the return shipping cost.
  • Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will send a replacement.

4. Product Exchange

If you want to exchange a product for another, contact us via WhatsApp at +923122000017 with your request.

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging.
  • The customer must send the product back, and after inspection, we will dispatch the replacement.

5. Important Notes

  • Unboxing videos are mandatory for any faulty product complaints.
  • Products without a proper unboxing video will not be eligible for replacement.
