The band can display notifications from your phone and also has a screen with the weather forecast.The Redmi Band also simplifies charging as it has a standard USB-A plug, removing the need for a custom charging adapter. The battery life is listed as 14 days, a week less than its Mi sibling, but you won’t be charging it very often either way. A full charge takes 2 houThere is an optical heart rate sensor and activity tracking for 5 sport modes. Sleep tracking is part of the package too. The band is rated up to 5 ATM water resistance so you can go swimming in the pool with it.The one thing that is missing is NFC – but the international version of the Mi Band 4 doesn’t have it either (only the Chinese version does).
